Who we are
This website presents the Total Easy Racing Systems product family and is run by Total Easy [legal name and tax id to be completed], based at [address to be completed], the controller of the data it processes.
What the website collects
The website has no sign-up, no sign-in and no forms, and it does not ask for any personal data.
It stores a single cookie, racing.locale, with the language you chose (pt-BR or en-US), valid for one year and shared with the Total Easy Racing Systems products on the totaleasy.racing domain so the language is the same everywhere. The cookie is only stored when you switch language and does not identify anyone.
The website uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and technical connection data to deliver the pages and protect the website from attacks, under its own privacy policy.
Contact by WhatsApp and e-mail
The contact buttons open WhatsApp or your e-mail app with a ready-made message. The website sends nothing itself: the conversation happens in those services, and whatever you write is handled by Total Easy only to answer you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and send any questions about this policy, to totaleasy@totaleasy.com.br, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018). To remove the language cookie, just clear your browser cookies.
The products
The Total Easy Racing Systems products (Racing Vitals, Racing Pitwall and the others) have their own privacy policy and terms, shown at each sign-in.
